As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file your insurance claims. If you have specific questions about your particular policy, you will want to contact your insurance company or your company’s Human Resources department as each group’s coverage is different. Our office is a preferred provider Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Cover Kids and TennDent.
